In the confirmation mail of your purchase, you will find a link to Calendly, in which you are able to select a time and date you prefer for the ceremony. You will receive a confirmation via Calendly immediately afterwards and one from me personally as soon as I see it coming in (mostly within 24 hours).
Prior to creating your Personal Remedy, we will meet for an online ‘Flower Essence Ceremony’. In this ceremonial setting we will unfold the themes in which you feel the flowers can support you in and unravel the ones you are perhaps not aware of yet.
This ceremony is completely custom to you, I will tune in during the ceremony what is needed. After the ceremony I create your custom personal remedy with flower essences, which you will receive via mail a few days later.
Find yourself a comfortable seat for the ceremony, make a nice cup of herbal tea and light a candle – or anything else you prefer to create a comforting and loving setting for yourself.

In this step you can just sit back and relax. In the days after our ceremony I will tune in to the themes that play a part in your life at this moment and ask the flowers for guidance in crafting the perfect ‘potion’ that will support you in your life themes.
Since the flower essences work vibrational, energy is very important in the proces of making. I always make sure I’m in the right ‘state’ to create and give – since my energy will also be transferred to the remedy I make for you. Every bottle receives some extra loving Reiki from me before they are ready to be sent to you.
Your Personal Remedy is then ready to be sent to you. Wrapped in a beautiful packaging – it’s all in the details – and accompanied by a love note from the flowers in your blend.
You will also receive a card which you can use to reflect on your flower essence journey, to make the transformational process in which the essences support you a bit more tangible.
You can expect your package in the mail within 5-7 days after our ceremony. Good things can’t be rushed ♡
Then it’s time for the flowers to do their magic!
Your flower remedy works best when you follow a consistent intake of 4 drops 4 times a day under the tongue or in your drink of choice. This way the remedy will last around 4 weeks. If you forget a day, that is totally fine, simply continue taking it.
Since the flower essences work with your energy field, consistent intake is important to break up emotional patterns overtime and truly experience the benefits on a deep level.
